WHY VOLUNTEER WITH US?
How Can You Help?
The second House of RMHC Hong Kong, located in Kwun Tong, opened its doors in late 2023. Together with our Shatin House, we now provide a total of 89 guest rooms for families in need. We warmly invite you to join us in supporting even more sick children and their families.
As the first step in this volunteer journey, we invite you to join an Online Information Session to get to know us better! During the session, you will know:
- The vision and mission of RMHC Hong Kong and the services we provide;
- Available volunteer roles — we aim to match you with a role that best fits your skills and experience;
- Volunteer application procedures.
After the Online Information Session, you will be invited to:
- Complete the Volunteer Registration Form to share your volunteering preferences, skills, and experience.
- Attend an Online Volunteer Orientation and Onboarding Session at your convenience.
- Participate in an onsite Compassion Compass Training.
- Attend on-the-job training once your skills and availability are matched with our volunteer opportunities.
We invite you to join our volunteer community when you are ready to commit to a minimum 3-month service period. Your commitment is essential to the success of RMHC Hong Kong and the well-being of our families.
