Shatin House

Asia's First Ronald McDonald House

In 1996, the RMH opened its doors in Hong Kong, becoming the first of its kind in Asia. The Shatin House is located just a four-minute walk from the Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin, on a quiet corner at To Shek Village. The 2,000 square meter site houses 23 private, air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms, giving families the privacy they need during their stay. Common areas, such as the living room, kitchen, and game room, are shared, allowing families to connect and support each other during their time at the House.
