Sponsorship for One-month Shuttle Bus Service

Since the opening of Hong Kong Children’s Hospital (HKCH) in December 2018, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Hong Kong has provided free shuttle bus service between the House and HKCH, aiming at saving the travel cost and time for sick children and their families.

The shuttle bus service for a family is HK$4,300 per month. Your generous support will help us continue to provide hassle-free transportation service to the sick children and their families.

RMHC Hong Kong provides receipt for cash donation over HK$100. We do not receive support/ grant from the Hong Kong Community Chest, the Social Welfare Department. The House operation is supported through the community donation and our own fundraising activities. We treasure your kind donation dearly.

Wah Wah was diagnosed with gastrointestinal hemangioma of tract when she was 5 months old. When Wah Wah was in the hospital for the first two months, her mom was anxious and worried and her dad could not go to work. The couple had to shuttle between their Tai Po home and the hospital every single day. Wah Wah’s sister, Kwan Kwan was nine years old by then. She felt more like an orphan as her parents’ attention was all on Wah Wah. With the existence of the Ronald McDonald House (RMH), their family life and relationship turned normal and better.
