On July 26, 2025, RMHC Hong Kong proudly hosted its second “Charity Party of Love” at the Kwun Tong House, a heartwarming event filled with inspiring performances and meaningful interactions. The evening featured the soulful voice of Chow Kat-Pei, star of “Midlife, Sing & Shine!”, alongside popular singer-actor Chan Chun-Ting from the hit show “Come Home Love.” Their heartfelt singing and engaging activities brought smiles and renewed hope to families caring for seriously ill children.
Albert Chau Kat Pui, visiting RMHC Hong Kong for the first time, was deeply moved by the experience. “This place truly feels like home. As a father, I understand the challenges these families face and hope to uplift them through music,” he shared. Albert performed several uplifting songs and generously donated a pair of limited-edition sunglasses for the charity auction, which sparked enthusiastic bidding from fans. The event culminated with a cherished photo opportunity with supporters.
Andrew Chan Tsun Ting expressed his admiration for the families: “While cheering on the children is wonderful, I especially salute the parents who provide constant care and love.” Andrew performed his latest song, “When I Grow Up,” invited fellow cast members to autograph commemorative T-shirts for charity sales, and joined Albert in signing a limited-edition RMHC teddy bear, creating lasting memories for all in attendance.
The event also featured a lively “Charity Sales Booth” and interactive games, where the artists connected warmly with the children. The joyful and caring atmosphere highlighted the vital role RMHC Hong Kong plays as a “home away from home,” offering essential accommodation and transportation support to families navigating difficult medical journeys.
Every donation and purchase made during the event directly supports these families, making a tangible difference in their lives. RMHC Hong Kong extends heartfelt thanks to all who joined and contributed to this celebration of love, hope, and community.
